Η συμβολή του Χαλκηδόνος Μελίτωνος Χατζή στην αντιμετώπιση διορθοδόξων και διαχριστιανικών θεμάτων

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the research, study, promotion, and projection of the maximum, crucial, and decisive contribution and cooperation of the emblematic personality of Metropolitan Gerontos of Chalcedon Meliton Hatzis to the Inter-Orthodox unity and the Inter-Christian Dialogue, through the successful resolution and settlement of various Orthodox and Inter-Christian issues that have arisen over time. It explores his beneficial and constructive contribution to the consolidation and promotion of Pan-Orthodox and Inter-Christian unity and the Ecumenical Movement, as his purpose and goal of his life were the renewal and unification on a Pan-Orthodox and Inter-Christian level, the "sacred cause" of reconciliation, mutual respect, and "the union of all."It consists of four chapters, conclusions, bibliography, and photographic material.Chapter A: A brief biographical presentation of Chalcedon Meliton.Chapter B: A historical retrospective from the French Revolution, where the people officially struggle for brotherhood, reconciliation, and unity for the first time, to the early years of Chalcedon's creative presence in the Inter-Orthodox and Inter-Christian reality.Chapter C: The immense Inter-Orthodox cooperation and contribution is thoroughly examined, both for the renovation of Orthodoxy and the unbreakable unity through Pan-Orthodox Conferences and the preparation of the Holy and Great Council. (It is divided into five separate sections).Chapter D: His emblematic contribution and participation to the Inter-Christian Dialogue and the Ecumenical Movement are investigated and promoted, through his active and decisive presence and contribution to the General Assemblies of the World Council of Churches and its departments, especially in an initiating "equal terms" dialogue with the Roman Catholic Church and the lifting of anathemas. It is divided into eight separate sections, demonstrating the unifying and reconciliatory orientation, the unsurpassable contribution, wisdom, prudence, diplomacy, patience, and perseverance in supporting his positions and his wise assistance in resolving various Inter-Christian issues, particularly during the Fourth and Fifth General Assemblies of the World Council of Churches, where he served as the President of the Orthodox Delegation.Finally, the conclusions summarize the research findings.

Ἒργο τῆς παρούσης διατριβῆς εἶναι ἡ ἒρευνα, μελέτη, ἀνάδειξη καί προβολή τῆς μέγιστης, καίριας, καί καθοριστικῆς προσφορᾶς καί συμβολῆς τῆς ἐμβληματικῆς προσωπικότητας τοῦ Μητροπολίτου Γέροντος Χαλκηδόνος Μελίτωνος Χατζῆ στήν Διορθόδοξη ἑνότητα καί τόν Διαχριστιανικό Διάλογο, μέ τήν ἐπιτυχῆ ἐπίλυση καί διευθέτηση τῶν κατά καιρούς ἀνακυψάντων Διορθοδόξων καί Διαχριστιανικῶν θεμάτων, δηλ. τήν ἐπωφελῆ καί ἐποικοδομητική συνεισφορά του στήν ἑδραίωση καί προώθηση τῆς Πανορθόδοξης καί Διαχριστιανικῆς ἑνότητας καί τήν Οἰκουμενική Κίνηση, ἐφ’ ὃσον σκοπός καί στόχος τῆς ζωῆς του ὑπῆρξε ἡ ἀνακαίνιση καί ἡ ἑνότητα σέ Πανορθόδοξο καί Διαχριστιανικό Ἐπίπεδο, ἡ «ἱερά ὑπόθεσις» τῆς καταλλαγῆς, τῆς συμφιλίωσης καί «τῆς τῶν πάντων ἑνώσεως». Ἀποτελεῖται ἀπό τέσσερα κεφάλαια, συμπεράσματα, βιβλιογραφία καί φωτογραφικό ὑλικό.Α΄ Κεφάλαιο: Συνοπτική βιογραφική σκιαγράφηση τοῦ Χαλκηδόνος Μελίτωνος.Β΄ Κεφάλαιο: Ἱστορική ἀναδρομή ἀπό τήν Γαλλική Ἐπανάσταση, ὃπου ὁ λαός γιά πρώτη φορά ἐπίσημα ἀγωνίζεται γιά ἀδελφωσύνη, καταλλαγή καί ἑνότητα, ἓως τά πρῶτα χρόνια τῆς δημιουργικῆς παρουσίας τοῦ Χαλκηδόνος στή Διορθόδοξη καί Διαχριστιανική πραγματικότητα Γ΄ Κεφάλαιο: Ἐξετάζεται ἐνδελεχῶς ἡ τεράστια Διορθόδοξη προσφορά καί συμβολή του τόσο γιά τήν ἀνακαίνιση τῆς Ὀρθοδοξίας ἀλλά καί τήν ἀρραγῆ ἑνότητά της διά μέσῳ τῶν Πανορθοδόξων Διασκέψεων καί τήν προετοιμασία τῆς Ἁγίας καί Μεγάλης Συνόδου. (Χωρίζεται σέ πέντε ἐπιμέρους ἑνότητες).Δ΄ Κεφάλαιο: Ἐρευνᾶται καί προβάλλεται ἡ ἐμβληματική συμβολή καί συνεισφορά του στόν Διαχριστιανικό Διάλογο καί την Οἰκουμενική Κίνηση μέ τήν ἐνεργό καί καθοριστική παρουσία καί συμβολή του στίς Γενικές Συνελεύσεις τοῦ Π.Σ.Ε καί τῶν Τμημάτων του καί κυρίως στήν ἒναρξη τοῦ «ἐπί ἲσοις ὂροις» Διαλόγου μετά τῆς ΡΚθολικῆς Ἐκκλησίας καί τήν Ἂρση τῶν ἀναθεμάτων. Χωρίζεται σέ ὀκτώ ἐπιμέρους ἑνότητες διά τῶν ὁποίων καταδεικνύεται ὁ ἑνωτικός καί συμφιλιωτικός του προσανατολισμός, ἡ ἀνυπέρβλητη προσφορά, ἡ σοφία, ἡ σύνεση, ἡ διπλωματικότητα, ἡ ὑπομονή καί ἐπιμονή στή στήριξη τῶν θέσεών του καί ἡ σοφή του συνδρομή στήν ἐπίλυση διαφόρων διαχριστιανικῶν θεμάτων, ἰδιαίτερα κατά τίς Δ΄ καί Ε΄ Γεν. Συνελεύσεις τοῦ Π.Σ.Ε. ὃπου καί διετέλεσε Πρόεδρος τῆς Ὀρθόδοξης Ἀντιπροσωπείας. Τέλος τά Συμπεράσματα ἀναφέρονται συγκεντρωτικά ὡς πορίσματα τῆς ἒρευνα.

Il tema di questa tesi è la ricerca, lo studio, l'evidenziazione e la promozione della più grande, cruciale e determinante offerta e contributo della personalità emblematica del Geron Metropolita di Calcedonia, Meliton Chatzis, all'unità panortodossa e al dialogo interreligioso , con la felice risoluzione e risoluzione delle controversie volte al recupero delle questioni tra panortodosse e interreligiose, cioè il suo contributo benefico e costruttivo al consolidamento e alla promozione dell'unità panortodossa e interreligiosa e del Movimento ecumenico, nella misura in cui lo scopo e meta della sua vita era il rinnovamento e l'unità a livello panortodosso e interreligioso, la "santa ipotesi", della riconciliazione e "dell'unione di tutti". Capitolo 2: Rassegna storica dalla Rivoluzione francese, dove il popolo per la prima volta ufficialmente combatté per la fratellanza, l'insediamento e l'unità, fino ai primi anni della presenza creativa di Calcedonia nella realtà ortodossa e interreligioso. Capitolo 3: Il suo enorme contributo panortodosso e contributo sia al rinnovamento dell'Ortodossia sia alla sua unità in corso attraverso le Conferenze panortodosse e la preparazione del Santo e Grande Sinodo sono esaminati a fondo. (È diviso in cinque sottosezioni). Si articola in otto sottounità attraverso le quali si esprime il suo orientamento unificante e conciliante, il suo contributo insuperabile, la sua saggezza, prudenza, diplomazia, pazienza e tenacia nel sostenere le sue posizioni e la sua sapiente assistenza nella soluzione delle varie questioni interreligiosi, specialmente durante la 4a e 5a Assemblea Generale del C.E.C. dove ha servito come presidente della delegazione ortodossa. Infine, le Conclusioni sono riassunte come risultati della ricerca.
