Entrepreneurship and structural strategies in smes manufacturing plant and animal products

Abstract

The start up was with our desire to explore the Greek market of processing of primary sector’s agricultural products. From the beginning, our engagement with the international bibliography found a deficit in this respect to examine the environment of the entity that wanted to look at. It was research deficit and corresponding bibliographic, due to the fact that to date this type of market is not addressed, but the mode of action and reaction of the enterprises included in this, that is the type of strategies followed within its specific market. Specifically, the reporting entity is the SME and the entrepreneur of Greek industry processing plant and animal products.
